Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the

Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Scott Jones as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Fisheries and Aquaculture, in the Department of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture, effective September 26, 2024, at Step 25 of the 1450 Point

Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general

salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
