Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 20(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for Newfoundland and Labrador
Health Services to adopt an alternative procurement process from an existing
contract in Nova Scotia, where beneficial, for the purposes of procuring a
Warehouse Management System from Tecsys.
