Under the authority of section 10 of the Canada - Newfoundland and Labrador

Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act and in accordance

with the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to reappoint and appoint the following members to the Board of

Directors of the Canada - Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum, for a sixyear

term:

a) Wesley Foote, effective October 3, 2024; and

Appointment:

b) Karen Winsor, effective from a current date.
