Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

the European Medium Term Note Series EOOl, maturing October 4, 2034, by

payment annually on or before December 4 in each of the years 2024 to 2033,

inclusive, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and

one-half per cent (1.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of European Medium

Term Note Series EOOl outstanding on the date thereof.
