Act Respecting the Regulations of Mortgage Brokerages and Mortgage Brokers
Under the authority of section 40 of the An Act Respecting the Regulation of
Mortgage Brokerages and Mortgage Brokers in the Province, SNL2023, c.M-17.1,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to proclaim the said Act into force on
April 1, 2025.
