Act Respecting the Regulations of Mortgage Brokerages and Mortgage Brokers
Under the authority of section 34 of An Act Respecting the Regulation of Mortgage
Brokerages and Mortgage Brokers in the Province, SNL2023, c.M-17.1, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Mortgage
Brokerages and Brokers Regulations”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of
the Executive Council.
