Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of subsection 198.2(1) of the Canada-Newfoundland and
Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Offshore Petroleum
Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on
file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
