Under the authority of section 39 of the Schedule to the Labrador Mining and

Exploration Company, Ltd. Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to issue Surface Lease

2024-01; Surface Lease 2024-02; Surface Lease 2024-03; and Surface Lease 2024-

04, to Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation to support ongoing mining operations

in the Labrador City area, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the

Executive Council.
