Under authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Office of the Chief Information

Officer to pre-commit the following amounts (exclusive of HST) against its budgetary

appropriations: $27,600 in 2025-26, $28,428 in 2026-27, $29,281 in 2027-28 and

$30,160 in 2028-29, to facilitate the award of a multi-year agreement with SLAM

Technologies Limited for asset management services.
