Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 and

subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is

pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to

extend the current agreement with Comer Brook Pulp and Paper for an additional six

months, effective October 1, 2024, substantially along the lines as on file with the

Clerk of the Executive Council.
