Canada Pension Plan
Under the authority of subsection 114(4) of the Canada Pension Plan, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to signify the consent of the Province of
Newfoundland and Labrador to the enactment of Part 4 Division 14 of the Budget
Implementation Act, 2024, Number 1, Statutes of Canada 2024, c. 17.
