Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue a Crown lands

grant to Kendra Anderson for 2969m² of land with a 35.0 metre frontage, for the

purpose of a cottage at Balls Pond, as defined in application CL-137903, subject to

standard terms and conditions for Crown lands grants.
