Under the authority of section 261 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) provide that a municipal election for a new council for the Town of Chance Cove

be held on a Tuesday which falls within 42 days from the date of this Order in

Council, and

b) revoke the appointment of the Administrator for the Town of Chance Cove,

effective on the swearing in or affirming into office of a quorum of elected

councillors for the Town of Chance Cove.
