Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5 of the King’s Counsel Act, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council is pleased to appoint by letters patent under the Great Seal, the following

members of the Bar of the Province to be a provincial officer under the style of “His

Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law”:

a) Frederick J. Constantine;

b) Annette M. Conway;

c) Justin S. C. Mellor;

d) Regan P. O’Dea;

e) Kathleen O’Reilly;

f) Griffith D. Roberts;

g) Allison Whelan; and

h) Denise Woodrow.
