Under the authority of section 13.1 of the Fatalities Investigations Act and in accordance

with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following individuals to the Child Death

Review Committee, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

a) Catherine Barker-Pinsent, as Chairperson;

b) Noreen Careen;

c) Colleen Fox; and

d) Crystal Northcott.
