Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act and in accordance

with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to

the Labour Relations Board:

a) appoint Randy Clarke as an Alternate Employee Representative, for a two year

term, effective from a current date; and

b) reappoint Larry Pittman as an Alternate Employer Representative, for a two year

term, effective immediately.
