Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development to pre-commit funding up to the amount $1,200,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2015-2016 to commit and book advertising space from April 2015 to July 2015.
