Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer

the administration of the following Crown Land reserves from the Department of

Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to the Department of Industry, Energy and

Technology, effective immediately:

a Wind Energy Land Reserve issued in accordance with the Wind Energy Land

Reserve Order NLR 86/22;

a Wind Hydrogen Hub Land Reserve issued in accordance with the Wind

Hydrogen Hub Land Reserve Order NLR 47/24; and

a Wind Energy Contingency Land Reserve issued in accordance with the Wind

Energy Contingency Land Reserve Order NLR 16/24.
