Under the authority of section 89 of the Access to Information and Protection of

Privacy Act, 2015 and upon the recommendation of the House of Assembly

Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Jackie Lake Kavanagh as acting Information and Privacy Commissioner, effective

immediately, with salary at the appropriate step of the EP-10 pay scale and with

normal step progressions and general salary increases to apply.
