Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Doriann

Macmillan as Associate Deputy Minister, Intergovernmental Affairs, within the

Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat of the Executive Council, effective March 1,

2024, at step 22 on the 1988 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with

normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
