Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Department of Education, effective immediately, to consist of all those

functions formerly within the Department of Education, with six branches as follows:

a) Corporate Services,

b) Early Learning, Inclusion and Child Development,

c) Education Transformation,

d) K-12 Education,

e) Post-Secondary Education, and

f) Education Operations
