Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative' of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Heather
Tizzard as Associate Deputy Minister, Industry and Economic Development, in the
Department of Industry, Energy and Technology, effective December 9, 2024, at her
current salary and point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
