Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Loyola Power
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Regulatory Affairs, in the Department of Digital
Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective December 9, 2024,
with salary at step 17 on the 1450 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan,
with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
apply.
