Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gerry Osmond
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal Affairs, in the Department of Municipal and
Provincial Affairs, effective December 11, 2024, at his current salary and point scale
of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increases applicable to Executive to apply.
