Under the authority of subsection 15(4) of the Public Procurement Act, section 9 of

the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as the Chief Procurement Officer of the

Public Procurement Agency, on an acting basis, in addition to his duties as Deputy

Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective

December 9, 2024, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
