Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015
Under the authority of section 85 of the Access to Information and Protection of
Privacy Act, 2015 and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kerry Hatfield as Information and Privacy
Commissioner, effective December 5, 2024, with salary on step 24 of the EP-10 pay
scale and with normal step progressions and general salary increases to apply.
