Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Digital Government

and Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit the following amounts

against its budgetary appropriations: $35,443.56, excluding HST, in fiscal years 2025-

26, 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29, and $26,582.67, excluding HST, in fiscal year

2029-30 to facilitate an agreement with Xerox Canada Ltd. to lease an automatic

punch and wire coil bookbinding system for the King's Printer.
