Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Environment and
Climate Change to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in the
amount of $ 183,430, excluding HST, in fiscal year 2025-26, to facilitate an agreement
with Heron Hydrologic Ltd. to develop a cost-benefit tool for climate change
adaptation.
