Act Respecting the Amalgamation of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric and Nalcor Energy
Under the authority of section 72 of An Act Respecting the Amalgamation of
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric and Nalcor Energy, SNL2024 c.H-18, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to proclaim An Act Respecting the
Amalgamation of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric and Nalcor Energy,
SNL2024 c.H-18 into force on January 1, 2025.
