Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

the European Medium Term Note Series E002, maturing December 19, 2033, by

payment annually on or before December 19 in each of the years 2025 to 2032,

inclusive, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and

one-half per cent (1.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of European Medium

Term Note Series E002 outstanding on the date thereof.
