Under the authority of subsection 6(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following

appointments to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro

electric Corporation, effective December 31,2024:

a) Geoffrey Goodyear, as Member;

b) Debbie Molloy, as Member; and

c) Edna Turpin, as Member.
