Under the authority of subsection 7(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Green K.C. as

Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro

electric Corporation, for a three-year term, effective immediately.
