Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act and section 5.2 of the

Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

make the following Orders, copies of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council:

a) Come By Chance Capacitor Bank Assets Exemption Order;

b) Maritime Link - Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Exemption Order; and

c) Menihek Hydroelectric Generation Station Exemption Order.
