Under under the authority of section 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) appoint Alan Doody as the Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and

Labrador Housing Corporation, on an acting basis, effective January 1, 2025, in

addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of Children, Seniors and Social

Development, with no change in salary because of this additional assignment;

and

b) revoke OC2020-025, effective January 1, 2025.
