Opioid Damages and Health Care Costs Recovery Act
Under the authority of section 15 of the Opioid Damages and Health Care Costs
Recovery Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to proclaim the said
Act into force on a on the date of publication of the Proclamation in the
Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
