Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to facilitate the sale of approximately 32 acres of surplus
expropriated lands located off Snow’s Lane, in St. John’s, to Crosbie Group Limited
for the amount of $176,000 (plus HST), subject to the terms and conditions as
prescribed by the Minister.
