Under the authority of section 29.1 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make rules titled “Provincial Court Family Violence
Protection Rules (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
