Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, and on the
recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Andrew Brown as a Judge of the Provincial
Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective January 15, 2025, to serve in the
Judicial District of Clarenville.
