Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the
Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Evans as
Associate Deputy Minister, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, effective
January 20, 2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 1988 Point Scale of the Executive
Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
