Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit funds up to $241,000, excluding HST, against its
budgetary appropriations for each of the fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27, to
facilitate the extension of an agreement with Microsoft Canada Inc. for the
provisioning of server and cloud software products.
