Provincial Health Authority Act
Under the authority of subsection 17(1) of the Provincial Health Authority Act and in
accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pat Parfrey as Chief Executive
Officer of the Provincial Health Authority, effective immediately, in accordance with
terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
