Provincial Health Authority Act
Under the authority of subsection 17(1) of the Provincial Health Authority Act and in
accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby revokes OC2022-117, effective immediately.
