Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to establish the Negotiating Team for the Churchill River

Definitive Agreements in accordance with Terms of Reference on file with the Clerk

of the Executive Council, effective immediately, with membership to include:

a) Denis Mahoney;

b) Karl Smith; and

c) Jennifer Williams.
