Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Seamus Breen

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Employment and Labour Market Development, in the

Department of Immigration, Population Skills and Growth, effective immediately,

with salary at step 20 on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
