Prisons Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council
is pleased to appoint Michael Hynes as the Assistant Superintendent of Bishop’s Falls
Correctional Centre, on a permanent basis, effective immediately, with salary at step 19
on the HL-23 scale, and with general salary increases to apply.
