Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice

and Public Safety to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $93,898 USD, excluding HST, in fiscal year 2025-26, and $19,098

USD, excluding HST, in fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29 and 2029-30 to

facilitate a Software Subscription Agreement with VertiQ Software, LLC for the

provision of case management software for the Office of the Chief Medical
