Under the authority of section 5 of the King’s Counsel Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint by letters patent under the Great Seal,

the following members of the Bar of the Province to be a provincial officer

under the style of “His Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law”;

b) Helen Conway Ottenheimer;

c) John C. Crosbie;

d) Herbert F. Edwards;

e) James P. Goudie;

f) John A. Hartery;

g) Karen J. O’Reilly;

h) Deanne M. Penney;

i) Gerrie M. Smith; and
