Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its

budgetary appropriations: $10,000,000 in fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27, and

$5,519,600 in 2027-28, excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a contract to Brook

Construction (2007) Inc. for the extension and redevelopment of Dorset Collegiate.
