Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the authority of the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $4,164,000 in 2015-2016, $4,236,000 in 2016-2017; $4,451,000 in 2017-2018; $4,894,000 in 2018-2019; and $5,000,000 in 2019-2020, respecting the contract to Bell Aliant for the provision of services required to manage and operate government’s data centre and related Information Technology services.
