Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the authority of the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $3,986,000 in 2014/15, $1,938,000 in 2015/16, $546,000 in 2016/17, $581,000 in 2017/18 and $581,000 in 2018/19, respecting contracts with Bell Canada for the procurement and implementation of an Integrated Service Management System for the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services; and for support and maintenance over a three year period, for the Integrated Service Management System.
